Ladies and Gentlemen

Attached please find the official program for the upcoming Prado Regional Park Civil War re-enactment and California Inland Empire BSA Regional Camp-Out. The program includes a complete schedule of events for both Saturday April 5th and Sunday April 6th, organizational chart of both U.S. and C.S. Divisions and a list of sutlers and sponsors that came through again this year to provide approximately $4,000 of period equipment and gift certificates for the free raffle on Sunday after the last battle.

Also attached is a graphic and information regarding the 1st Division, Army of the Potomac and 1st Division, Army of Northern Virginia T-Shirts that have been custom made for this event and will be available all year for sale at $16.00 each. The T-Shirts will be available at the registration booth at this event along with tickets for the $1.00 musket raffle. Don't forget to pick up a couple.

From all accounts, this years event in Chino at the largest regional park in the state of California looks to be our biggest one ever staged in the past 5 years and with the weather shaping up to be 60's during the day and 40's at night. I don't know if we could have gotten any better weather conditions if we would have special ordered it in advance for those wearing wool uniforms.

Hope to see everybody next weekend and thanks for your help and support of this Eagle Scout Scholarship Foundation Fundraiser for the Boy Scouts of America.

Sincerely,

Gary Fradella

If you don’t have a Civil War affiliated card, please get with your unit commanders and have some cards printed up.
